Year 5 Cooking

On Thursday, Year 5 designed and made their own Moroccan couscous as part of their Design Technology module. The children really enjoyed learning about African foods and healthy eating, and were also able to practise their cutting skills. Lots of staff commented on the delicious smells coming from the hall, we were most envious of the children who were able to take their couscous home to enjoy along with chickpea falafels.
