Year 3
Welcome to Year 3!
Year 3 is well known for its inspiring History topics and associated trips out of school. We travel back in time to become evacuees in World War II and enjoy finding out about the war with a visiting drama company. We also journey back even further in time to become vile Victorians – spending the day in a Victorian school – nice for the teachers as the children are seen and not heard!
Other exciting Year 3 topics include: Moving Monsters in DT, Mosaics, Paddington stories and our Sculpture Workshop. We enjoy hands on activities that encourage children to get as involved in their learning as they can.
